SAEe 2019 - Important dates

30 April Submissions begin for both Contributed and PhD Students Sessions.
30 June Deadline for submissions.
15 September Decisions on submissions.
Early registration and hotel reservations begin.
15 October Deadline for selected students to confirm they accept the grant.
The acceptation email will specify which students have been selected for the grant. This will be done by registering to present at the SAEe.
30 October Deadline for registration of presenting authors.
Deadline for registration at a reduced rate.
