| May 2nd | Submissions begin for both Contributed and PhD Student Sessions |
| July 1st | Deadline for submissions |
| September 5th | Deadline for submissions to the SAEe PhD School |
| September 12th | Decisions on submissions. PhD students selected for a fellowship will be notified. |
| September 15th | Early registration and hotel reservations begin |
| October 15th | Deadline for selected students to confirm they accept the fellowship. This will be done by registering to present at the SAEe |
| October 30th | Deadline for registration of presenting authors |
| Deadline for registration at a reduced rate | |
| November 16th | Deadline for registration at a general rate |
